THE STORY BEHIND REPOSE

We all deserve to feel supported
in our daily lives.
Especially at work.

THE BEGINNING

For over a decade I've been teaching meditation and leading corporate wellbeing retreats. One of the things that stayed with me, no matter how many times I saw it, was what happened in the weeks after a retreat ended.

People would arrive exhausted, disconnected, running on fumes. By the end of the day something genuine would shift in them. They'd feel clearer, lighter, more present. The feedback was always the same, this is exactly what I needed, why don't we do this more often?

"A few weeks later the reality of daily work would creep back in and almost everything they'd experience would start to unravel."

The stress returned, the clarity faded, and the retreat became something they looked back on rather than something they carried forward. It wasn't that the experience wasn't valuable, it was that a single day or two simply couldn't hold up against the weight of an ongoing working life without something to support it every day in between.

That gap was something I couldn't stop thinking about.

THE NEED BECAME PERSONAL

At the same time, my husband was working FIFO and our conversations after his swings home painted a picture I found really hard to sit with. Workers spending weeks in isolated environments, sleep disrupted, under enormous psychological pressure with very little available to them that felt relevant to where they actually were or what they were actually going through.

Friends working in education and medicine were telling me variations of the same story. Completely burned out, carrying invisible loads, and falling through the gaps of every wellbeing initiative their workplace had tried.

The need was real but the solutions that existed, the retreat, the workshop, the visiting speaker, weren't something most organisations could sustain consistently, and they weren't reaching the people who needed them most in the moments that mattered. So I created rePOSE — a curated audio wellness program that organisations can offer their people every single day, without additional staff, without disrupting the working day, and without asking anyone to rearrange their schedule around a group session.

WHY REPOSE WORKS

A win for your people. A win for your organisation.

A program designed where the benefits flow in both directions.

For Employees

Something genuinely useful

Between patients, at the end of a brutal shift, before a high pressure meeting, on a Sunday night when the week ahead feels heavy. rePOSE is there for the real in demand moments.

For Employers

A real return on meaningful investment

It equates to better performance, lower absenteeism, stronger retention, and better stress resilience for their workforce. No additional staff required. No disruption to the working day.
